5 STAR TO Dr RAHUL for excellent treatment. 4 STAR to ROM n Nurses. 1 STAR for billing ... they took 4-6 hours for billing to process for mediclaim for no reason. End in a loss of day and MAINLY another waiting patient losses time that’s VERY BAD. Seriously improvement on it for sake of other waiting patients.

The earlier comment is posted by my 12 years old son who is very much disturbed because he is not seeing his grandmother for many days. What he has done is totally wrong. As a parent, I am disturbed and completely disagree with what he has done. Actually, the doctors and all of the staff in Metropols Hospital are doing a excellent job risking their own life to save another life. The treatment and services they are giving to our patient is with compassion and care . We cannot ask for more. We sincerely apologise for what happened. Ameet Pradhan

I was admitted to Metropol Hospital on 14th October for Covid 19 positive treatment and discharged on 30th October 2020 My treatment under the guidance of Dr O K Mishra and Dr Rahul Pandey by dedicated team of Dr Santosh Dwivedi, Dr Abhijit Pancholi, Dr Usha, Dr Yogita, Dr Sandeep and Dr Ekta and team of Sisters and staff was excellent, homely atmosphere and caring.
