I hired maid through them and they were very good for first time and when my maid started taking leaves too many we asked them to help on replacement as we were looking someone to be replaced in urgent basis due to our work commitment. They didn’t response after so many calls and messages. It’s so unfair as they have signed the deal saying they will replace within few days and also 3 replacement. They are so unprofessional and non responsive. Amazed to see how they treat the customer from already they have taken money. Please don’t expect any replacement from them. They treat well to first time customers as they make money from them.So be aware.

My ailing father's attendant( gotten through some other agency) ran away without even telling us. But MyChores were very helpful and even during Covid helped me find an attendant within 3 days(with proper doctor certificate and police verification). It has been 3-4 months with their attendant and he has been quite good with my dad and his daily necessities!

In November 2020 I hired house help from mychores for the third time. Earlier I had hired a house help for cooking and cleaning in Dadar in April 2017 and again in February 2019 in Mahim. Both the maids Apoorva and Shamiksha that were placed by mychores were good hires. The very first maid Vidya I hired from them in 2017 was not regular and didn't turn up for more than a week once and hence I asked mychores for a replacement which they promptly provided. Both the maids cited earlier were responsive to feedback. This time I have hired a full-time one. She has a good attitude and tries to improve her work after giving her feedback. Going by my experience with mychores three times I would recommend them to everyone who wants to get a maid hired professionally. Unlike most other placement agencies mychores charges you once the help is placed at your place after two days of joining. Others either charge 50% upfront before proceeding to serve your request like Kaamwalibais.com and some others like BookMyBai.com the full fee before the help joins work.

UPDATE: Response time to negative review 26mins. Response to email requesting assistance Days and still pending! Such a SCAM. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Not reliable - they took the money and became unresponsive. They definitely do not run a referral check on the maids they send your way. Overall terrible experience and poor service. Do not recommend.
