We had got a custom made shoe (floaters) made for my mother.within 1 month the sole wore off . The shoe cost us Rs 13,000/- when we approached them for a replacement they blamed my mother for excessive usage. They removed the sole and gave it to us which was the only usable portion in the shoe. For which they charged us Rs 300/-. These guys are robbers. We are in the process of filing a complaint against them in the consumer forum. We have lost our money and faith.

I went to take a consult on my length of leg issue. I wanted to get support added in my shoes. However the doctor there are very commercialized. They don't understand what patient is asking for neither care for patients health. I made the sandles 3 times every time they didnot fit in the hill ptoper or did not make the length as required. When I complained to senior doctor he straight away mentioned hence forward I need to pay more even when his people didn't do proper work. Please do not visit this clinic.
