One of the most crowded ticket counter in Mumbai. At whatever time you go there will always be a line of people standing to purchase tickets. Railways have launched a new "Self Ticketing Zone" to make purchase of tickets easier for people...and also there are more options like smart card, UTS, etc. facilities available for more easier work to buy a ticket and start the journey.
