I just bought a hair mask from this outlet and didn't check the product after the billing was done. Then when I checked, it was not a sealed packing, I doubt I have been given the trial pack, just the try me sticker is removed from it. Worst experience at the body shop.
products is not value for money
Very Pathetic experience. They don't treat customers as CUSTOMERS. Too much attitude in sales manager. The Guard was too rude.
