I love body shop for its products it's amazing and their outlet of Colaba is my all-time favourite. You can just walk in and go look around for all the various products they have also a free makeup tutorial is available if you're not sure what will suit your skin

Great collection and helpful staff. Picked up their strawberry body polish, lotion and shower gel. When you use any of these products you literally smell and feel like a strawberry. I wanted to gift this to someone but was told that their gift box itself costs Rs200. They have almost all their products available here. Do ask them for offers available. They also have a membership of Rs 500 available for the year. So if you love body shop products would highly recommend to take it. PS note ; In your birthday month you are eligible for 20% discount with the membership card. I

The concept of Body Shop is very appreciable. They have a range of beauty and skin care products. About this store, it's very compact but organized. I don't feel the sales team is very knowledgeable. They don't know the brand or the product very well which fails the entire purpose of having them there. The clientele is more aware. The location is such that one can easily notice it from the road. Colaba Causeway is filled with a variety of stores. This one stands out in terms of display. This store is frequented by existing customers and not much approached by prospective due to it being less inviting. If you're in or around Colaba Causeway, it would take you sometime to find this store as the roads are typically crowded. I like the use of green. It communicates what the brand stands for.

Good store with good products from cosmetics to shower gels and perfumes for men and women Pretty expensive though.

I'm a big fan of body shop products. Their Colaba center has a wide variety of products. The staff are very cordial and experienced. Yearly twice they have rock bottom offers. In Jan and July. 10% reduction for members is there for throughout the year. Happy shopping
