Bought Bose Soundlink Revolve Plus today from this store. The guy was helpful, patient and allowed me to test the speaker with my laptop for editing purposes. He did all that i asked, went the extra mile to support me. I was hesitant at first after reading the negative reviews about this store on Google but since it was nearest to my place, I still went ahead. When I went there, it seemed to me that those reviewers may be ignorant people who don't know anything about audio and just wanted to be pampered as if they staff is their servant. Very happy with the service and product both. The staff also helped me fill in an Alexa contest in which I had to answer 3 questions on Alexa. It was cool. I got positive vibes only. I'm happy and recommend buying from this store.

No wonder bose products are best in class but this stor my god, I've visited here 5 times and the sales executives are such pain in the a*s and they have literally zero manners to talk to a customer. I love the BOSE Saket store, they are soo polite and they maintain their professionalism.
