quality of classes is good. Not at all user friendly. They expect parents are jobless !!Very rude behaviour and no responsiveness in total..

Instrumental section is good. However they don't provide any training for grade exams in vocal music. They just offer performance oriented group classes for vocals.
It's an excellent place.....the best place for western instrumental music in kolkata.

Very much professional approach by the receptionist over the phone. Should be informative over the phone. Few parents may not be able to reach first time. Should be attentive to them. Not at all impressed.
