The Fishwala Shop was opened recently and it's become popular with the Fish Eating community as it sells The Freshest and a variety of See food and Fresh water Fish and Crabs etc at a Wholesale rate. Only concern the place gets overcrowded during peak hours and not appreciate during this covid times and also bit of waiting for getting the Fish cleaned outside the shop..

This is one professional Fish wala, pun intended. Super quality fishes at very reasonable prices. There is always someone to assist you and take your order. They charge extra for cutting the fish but the cutting is almost like an artist with a brush and an easel .

Initially when the shop had opened, the fish was Fresh and were available at very low rates. Later I felt that the fish just looked fresh but were not really good and tasted bad when cooked.

Nice quality fish, best in PCMC for sure, better than online fresh to home, Licious etc. Prices needs to be same if the usp needs to be maintained

Fish is surprisingly fresh & tasty It's a big shop & extremely well stocked However it is typically marred with typical puneri business mindset of apathy towards customers One has to pay for getting the fish cut in pieces & also for removing the scales So ultimately the price goes around the retail price levels & therefore it can't be treated as a wholesale shop Otherwise I think the fishstock is excellent & worth the buy

Need better service...delivery in plastic box would make more sence rather than transparent polythene bags......Someone with a polythene gloves to handover the fish seems to be a good idea rather than customers touching the fish and makes it look further more ridiculous as there is no washbasin in the shop to wash the hands after touching the fish. Price is ok ok but it is same as retail price and doesnot seem to be wholesale price as claimed by the shop owners. Fish quality is good and fresh, but no cutting of fish is allowed...only a full surmai can be taken. Seperate fish cleaning charges looks overdone as it should be a complementary service. Seems to be a good quality shop with ok cleanliness (might be because its newly opened) but strikingly maintained by some novice lot.
