Our 1 year old cocker spaniel had her first grooming experience at The Pet Project. Being her first time she was scared and that made us apprehensive However the groomer and the other staff members handled her with great affection and kindness. She was immediately at ease and co-operated very well. We were relieved to see her comfort level with the groomer. The Pet project did a wonderful job with her grooming. Would definitely recommend them.

A very friendly place . They treat your dog with kindness and love and take really good care of your dog . A place to be tried . My dog had a lot of hair fall and after the grooming it completely stopped. Loved the environment and ambiance

I had a terrible experience with the spa. Right after the spa, I found the ears of my retriever somewhat reddish. By next day the redness had increased and my fur baby was occasionally seen groaning while trying to scratch his ears. By next morning I saw him in a lot of discomfort and hence decided to take him to the vet. The vert was alarmed to see such a severe ear infection as he had seen my dog the previous week itself as a part of his regular check up. He had to be put on a steroid and antibiotic tablets apart from twice a day cleaning ear drops. As my retriever had never had any ear infection prior to this it was an extremely painful experience for both him and us. The twice a day cleaning with liberal use of ear drops has not caused knots in his hair near the ears.
