Totally disappointed, the way they treated the customer was very bad and harsh. Still they will honor you and please you, but you can't expect the gentleness and kindness if you not buying from them. They will send you out and shut the door, if they sensed that you not buying from them. And also they have beautiful company policy, if you going out of the store without buying, they won't allow you back for a week. After a week we need to book a appointment, after the approval only we allowed to visit the shop. Very good in respecting the money but not ppl. Best of luck for the behavior and your policy couturecut

Cheap materials are used we don't feel it like a wedding coat.even groom friend cannot wear this coats.Always quaralling with customers after getting money.till paying money customers are treated well.you cannot get money back from him once you have paid it.he did not stitch my coat before wedding and asked me to bring coat for stitching after wedding is over.is there any logic to stitch coat fully after marriage?

I would say strongly that the hospitality was very worst than any other shops over in crosscut..he not even allowing us to enter the shop eventhough covid situation he just want us to see the collections But he asking only one person to enter for seeing collections..how Can single person can select the dress with his own..coz we r not going to purchase for not al use.its wedding ..first of all learn how to welcome the customers ..then automatically your shop name will speak the quality..

Excellent customer service tailored for an individual. I agree completely with the positive rated comments below. I was there to purchase an indowestern outfit for my brother. The journey through out from start to finish has been simply great. Very welcoming, straight forward, genuine suggestions, product delivery suited to your need and on time, owner and the staff were very accomodating plus very approachable and friendly environment. The highlight was that they definitely care and value their customers, infact they took personal interest in tailoring the product ordered. I did not buy anything for myself however. I did experience their service and felt I had to write a note just to express my gratitude for excellent and speedy service. I would highly recommend this store to anyone who wishes to make a purchase- be it ethnic, Indo western, formal or casual collection (and probably many more..).
