Our experience exactly similar to Deepak Sethi's. We called the number given the newspaper for free assessment of our daughter's aptitude, and a Byju's rep. called on us at our home. He promised us everything that we wanted, and made us enrol on the spot. When we wanted to cancel, same kind of experience that Deepak Sethi is talking about. What is extra is, some loan company calling us over the phone repeatedly and threatening us for not repaying the 'loan'! That loan company, named Capital Float, claims to have our application for loan with them, but refuses to share it with us, saying that it is confidential! A serious case of cheating and fraud, as Deepak Sethi has termed it!

Dear All Parents, Please think a thousand time before enrolling you Kid with BYJU'S. I bought their package and made my daughter use the same for 7 days and she did not like it. We called our so called sales rep Mr. Kshitij and asked him that we would like to cancel the product on 9th August and he kept stalling us saying that don't worry, you use the product for some more time and even if you don't like it, the refund will be processed. Now, Byjus are not willing to refund the same since as per them, we exceeded our free look period, whereas, we made our intention very clear to them. The attachment clearly shows that we activated the product on 2nd Aug and stopped using the same on 8th Aug. This matter is now going on for more than 2 mths. My 1 EMI is already gone and I have to empty my account so that the 2nd EMI does not go. This is a serious case of cheating and Fraud that BUJU's is doing. Be aware ! CHOR CO.
