Being NRI and brought up outside Kerala with least references to help on landscaping of any home decor item in Kerala, I turned up to Google to search for what I was looking for. Frankly i believed, except influential families in Kerala, not much folks will be catering to professional landscaping. I was totally wrong about that. When I searched about it in Trivandrum, Bhavana Landscaping came out on Top with its best reviews. Normally you wont find such reviews even for Apple Iphone products too. I read reviews and felt something genuine about it throughout the various reviews. I pinged SreeLal and setup an estimate meeting. After estimate, we setup plan and our schedule to complete work in a day. On the day of work, few things didn’t work out for me as I excepted. That’s pretty common for any service we see here but I didn’t expect it as per the reviews of Bhavana Landscaping. I conveyed my issues and changes I expected to Sree Lal. Now thats were i experienced this 5 star rating customer service experience. I was really astonished to see how Sree Lal heard my all points and agreed to give me the best landscaping as I expected. He replaced few items as per my request and ensured didn’t overcharge for the work done. I have rarely seen any such customer service by any business owner in India specifically in Kerala. When the business owner listens to your concerns and works towards giving you expected work, it matters most than anything. I will totally recommend Bhavana Landscaping for great customer service, good quality work and finally having that happiness to see end result as expected

I came to know about bhavana landscapes and it's owner sreelal though Google reviews as I wanted to do the landscaping of my new hospital at trivandrum.Sreelal comes across one of the most professional individuals I have come across.Very responsive,responsible,prompt and excellent service from bhavana landscapes.I would rate it as one of the best services in kerala as I had enquired about other centres in kerala too.He finishes the project at the specified time and does an excellent quality work too.comes across as a simple,sincere and very approachable guy too.
