Well first and foremost their customer service was absolutely superb! We were not really sure what we would like to do and our agent and his staff were very, very helpful with ideas and suggestions, since they frequently spent time there themselves. The itinerary the provided was full but not to busy that you didn't get any down time to shop or what have you. In my own perspective, I would without a doubt give this company a solid 30 on a scale of 1 to 10. Rohit was very helpful through out the tour and when ever we requested customization it was organized properly. Only one feedback is that we could have received prior information regarding the palace in thiruvanthapuram which was closed.
