Good customer care and after sales service. The staff are very helpful with all your queries or requests. But it may be difficult to find due to the lack of sign boards directing towards the service centre as it is located a bit away from the main road. Hope they change it soon so that i can give a perfect 5 rating.

Customer friendly staff; they try their best to maintain the customer relationship. Maintenanance and repairs of my car was carried out to my full satisfaction and the vehicle was delivered on time. The only negative point goes to the location of the service centre. It is located in a remote location; difficult to locate even with the help of 'Google Maps'.

Got my E Class Service here today. Paid around Rs. 100,000. On my way to home, at power house road it broke down. Had to call people around to push my "Mercedes-Benz" to road side. It was really embarrassing situation. To all the customers: Make sure that you can reach your home after your Mercedes Service!!!.
