*PLEASE AVOID TAKING 10SD AND 10SE for lease* The reason is we were living in one of these flat for 5years by paying 22k maintainance and other bills. These rent basically includes charges for use of Air conditioning and furniture provided. The owner appears to be a gentle man, he has never caused any trouble untill we vacated the apartment and asked for deposit. Owner put an estimate cost which is above 1lakh which includw cost of changing door locks , toilet pipes, painting, plumbing worka , deep cleaning cost. So he is now asking us to make a new home for him. Good that he didnt ask us to change tiles put on floor. Attached is the estimate shared by owner. Please dont fall in this trap along with attached charges owner s asking for money for buying a new inverter AC, chimney, heaters The AC , heaters where during the room was rented as pg befoe we occupied the room these electronic devices are 7years old and doesnt have any waranty. Owner is expecting us to pay total amount which is roughly 2lakh. Our 66k deposit is with him.

Residential complex looks old with swimming pool and other amenities. But corridors are very narrow

Higher level of security by taking photo of the visitors apart from taking their name, address & signature. Residence can feel that they are safe at home. Visitors cars are not allowed inside.
Nice and spacious gated community with many facilities. Good for families with senior citizens and kids. Slightly away from main road, but very pleasant location. No traffic, no noise and no pollution.
