Nippon Toyota is located in a very good location. It's a very big and spacious showroom and service centre. I recently visited for my automatic transmission car to be serviced, I would give a big thumbs up for Nippon for their service, hospitality, quality and dedication. I can clearly see the customer first attitude. Mr. Madhav made by visit very comfortable and got everything done efficiently. He brought the service advisor set up a test drive then also assisted in my insurance renewal work. The quality of service was also very good everything promptly addressed and explained. During the delivery I pointed out few areas where cleaning was not effectively, immediately Madhav addressed it without giving any cover up explanation and ensured I take the delivery without any dissatisfaction. The lounge, waiting areas, conference rooms etc; all were very well maintained and looked very upscale.

Too bad experience...to me since the day one.... executive offered car delivery in one month period....even after two months ..they are not in position to tell the exact date.....still they are saying so may excuses... never expect this type of miss selling..... here sales person is King....customer is begger... type attitude by the Nippon Toyota team
