Very bad internet speed. They charge you for 10 Mbps speed and when unable to provide the speed ,they ask to pay extra to increase the speed to 40 Mbps. Very pathetic . Don't get tikona. Always say we will resolve but due to corona our manpower is not available. Even the call centre do not respond to your query.
