Fresh spring water, cold even in Summer, when I went in May 2016... So much is written on the Net about the sulphur content etc in the water & limestone rocks etc... whatever, a dip in the water during that season was very refreshing. There is no entry fee, the authorities try to keep the place clean, but the visitors!! Oh, the visitors! Who is going to advise them? When I went, the surroundings were littered with plastic and paper packets and waste food and pooja materials from nearby temples, and the management was manfully trying to remove the debris. One can travel by the ropeway (उऱन खटोला) to the top, where there's a lovely landscaped park and a small Sai Baba temple. That place is quite neat and clean with negligible litter.

Amazing place to visit in Dehradun with family or friends. Its Natural water park with clean water. Beautifully managed.
The scenery was fabulous but expected more from this place which I couldn’t feel.

One of the best place to see natural beauty, there are many rides which you can enjoy here, the best thing is the ropeway, the ropeway present is so long and high, so you are going to have best view of sahastradhara. You will definitely enjoy here, there are many restaurants and shopping complex or stores.️
