The apartment is just opposite to grave yard. Where you will get corpse burning smell very often that i feel really uncomfortable. And there is no proper parking structure. Surface near first gate entrance is not even. Otherwise it is a calm place. Full of trees...

Best place to stay. Surrounded by children's park run by greater corporation of chennai. The apartments is surrounded by full of trees. Vineyatheergam Selva Ganapati temple is located inside the apartment. Bus facility, Petrol service station and other groceries shop are within the radius of 100 metres. Tamilnadu veterinary and Animal Sciences University is located near by 2 kms. This place is easy to commute to Madhavaram, Redhills, Ambattur koyambedu, Anna Nagar, Perambur, Central, Egmore. Madhavaram mofussil bus stand is newly constructed by CMDA(Chennai meteropolitian development authority) is 5 kms from Mathur, which will connect to Hyderabad, Andhra, Tirupati and Telangana. Botanical Gardens which is likely to come soon opposite to the apartment side within 2 kms radius. Proposed metro railways to happen from Madhavaram to siruseri & Sholinganallur(IT Hub).
