Located very near to Jayanagar 4th Block bus stop. Good place, specially for kannada book lovers. You will get good collection of novels, short stories and movie CDs. Staff is really friendly and will help you in finding books. You will also get good discounts here. You can search here for classic kannada movies. They need categorize books in more organized manner, so that it will be easier to find.

Good online portal to buy kannada books. Suggestions : 1.They need to update COD options one their website(check experience#3) 2.If any concerns with order, they need to inform the same to customer before proceeding with the order (experience #1&3) Experience : 1. I purchased a set of 25 books from vishwa katha kosha via Amazon. Once they order status moved to delivery, I got a call from total kannada asking me to cancel the Amazon order and place the same order via totalkannada so that I can get 10% discount (good, as we rarely get discount on kannada books). Would have helped me if I knew it before order status was changed. Recieved the books the same day, book one book was missing and instead recieved 2 copies of other book. I had to return all 25 books!! 2. I had ordered 2 books. Got both of them on time! 3. Placed order for 9 books(worth 700), selected COD option. A lady from totalkannada called me up to update me regarding price change and asked me to confirm(I was happy that I was informed) After two days again got the call asking me to make the payment so that they can deliver the books. I asked them why I need to pay as I have selected COD. They informed that for the orders above INR500, COD is not applicable. And gave me a lecture on how many options are available nowadays to make online payment (after the pandemic I guess everyone knows about these options, and I had specific reasons to chose COD) If their website had restrictions on COD for orders above 500 or if the lady had informed regarding the same when I got the first call, a lot of efforts could have avoided. Anyhow, I wouldn't mind placing order again as they have some books that are not available on any other online shops.

I ordered a book on flipkart sold by total kannada. I got a totally different book and placed a return request. Return request was rejected by seller. Is this how things work ? Help these insane people... Updating where it says return rejected. I placed a return request as soon as I got the book delivered. Return Update: Sorry, the seller is unable to fulfil your return request for Lonely ... from your order with order ID OD119590987825437000. Please check your email for more details. I have checked with flipkart customer care and was told it is seller rejected and escalated. We have escalated your issue to the concerned team. We will resolve your problem by 14 Sep, 2:59 PM. You will get a call from a number starting with 9180679 So when you say flipkart auto authorize and I have placed a return request within half an hour of delivery am not sure why it is not auto authorized.flipkart customer official clearly mentioned they can't initiate a refund and it is with seller.

Good bookstore for Kannada books. Well stocked, centrally located- very close to Fourth block bus station and BDA complex. However not the most spacious one (compared to other popular chains). DVDs available, they have their website and sell online too.

it's world's No.1 Store for all Kannada stuffs, was looking for Kannada audio cd of Manoranjan audio record label, since decades couldn't find any where, but found on Total Kannada website, ordered on Night shipped in the morning.... love form Mysore still more Kannada stuffs to purchase... kindly open an branch in Mysore too
