A more comprehensive structure is required here. Note for authorities. Ooty tourism is not yet competitive with other hill stations of the world.

This is not tourist information centre. This name is used to attract tourists towards them. It's just another private tour agency. All they care about is how much you spend, The people here does not even ready to share timings of tourists spots. I checked twice with two different staffs. They open their mouths only if you are willing to hire a vehicle from them. Don't waste your time here guys
