Highly unprofessional and pathetic service by Travel o car.. I would never ever book any car rental from you guys and will recommend all people I know to not opt any of your car rental services... You people even Don't have any Courtesy to reply on customer queries... Pathetic. It's been a month I am chasing for refund but still no response

It was the best experience with the Travelocar. The driver was very good to us. And there services are best. U will get all facilities in vehicle like first aid kit, mineral water, newspaper......

Just called them and inquired if they have self drive or car on hire- cars. The guy who picked up just said no self drive and hung up rudely. I wanted to inquire about car on hire and prices but after the call, dont wont to deal with them. Rude behavior Thank you for your response. 1. When you say, you never treat any customers unprofessionally- you either calling me a liar or for the 1st time- you guys just were unprofessional. 2. You would obviously not find my name in your database bcoz I was calling for the 1st time to book/inquire and have never been your customer but your person or maybe it was you,did not have the courtesy or decency to get my name or answer my question since i was hung up on abruptly. 3. I'm not sure what you mean by genuine identity. Never book travelocar online they do not give any confirmation unless you call up to find out...they arrange for driver who comes 2 and 1/2 hours late and they charge for 30kms extra to get back to their garage for which the driver will harass the passenger to confiscate the luggage if you question the extra bucks like a decoit..better to book a local taxi around..very bad experience.
