I rented 2 BBQ grills over a weekend. These people are more than professional, customer friendly, easy to deal with. I later ordered for extra charcoal out of service ours, Ram was very friendly and polite to accept my request and sent us extra charcoal. I would like to rent again and again from them. Absolutely brilliant experience! We werent expecting this professionalism at all...the packaging and hygiene factor was bang on. Accessories along with the Grill were well thought of. We were able to get it started in no time (which is usually a concern when barbequing). Keep Up!!
