Tribe Chatari - a franchisee of Tribes India is a fantastic place to be. Everyone is aware of the initiative taken up by Tribes India to empower the tribal community. Tribe Chatari takes this to next level with it's exquisite interiors and selected handmade items which are made by the tribals, of course. As an art lover, I fell in love with the place the moment I entered it. The pathway leading to the shop is lined up with beautiful warli paintings. Arts and crafts from around the country are on sale here. As far as I know, this is the only shop in the area selling authentic tribal goods. All you need to do is show up at this place and take your jewel home! ;)

this place is amazing!! very reasonably priced textiles, handicrafts and artwork from all over India (items as low as Rs60 up to beautiful lampshades and statues over Rs5000), but more importantly, an incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable owner. thete was no pressure to buy more at all. he explained everything I bought in detail to me...I wish I had more room in my bag so I could've bought more pieces! thanks so much

Three months before we went to Parvati hills in Pune while going back we saw a beautiful decorated walls of Tribe Chatari shop . We went inside the shop .it is a beautifully decorated shop with original tribal paintings on walls .we saw huge collection of handmade & handicrafts items nicely displayed. Poorva Paranjpe the owner of the tribe Chatari shop was very helpful and showed us many different types of tribal handicrafts .The prices were very reason able . We bought two leather lampshades of Andhrapradesh and few small paintings from Rajasthan and madhubani Bihar . She nicely packed them and gave us . Thank you Poorva mam

We went to small cute beautiful shop in PUNE named TRIBE CHATARI We were shopping for return gifts for guests at our son's wedding . ShriKrishna Paranjpe the owner showed us various products he was very helpful and having detail knowledge of each product .we finally chose some jewelry boxes and wrought iron items .He added a nice presentation packing with information about the items we bought .Our guests were very happy and impressed by unique gift items .
