What can I say!! The team here, both sales and service, is absolutely fantastic..!!! They make u feel right at home the moment you step in. And the customer experience you get here is simply the Best ever!!! It is the only reason I moved my booking from another dealership, to here. They also offer the best after sales support. Being very new to adventure biking, I always call them for every small things, be it brake adjustments or suspension settings and they happily resolve all my queries. I also occasionally drop by here for a quick chat with these guys and it is always wonderful interacting with the team. It's just like walking into your friends house :) I just want to wish them good luck and continue to maintain the high standards that they have set for customer satisfaction.

I purchased a Triumph Street Triple R from this showroom on October 2020. The experience was seamless. The showroom is beautiful, staffs are helpful, and enthusiastic. They do love what they do. When it comes to customer satisfaction Triumph is the gold standard as per my experience. ( just visit Kawasaki/ Yamaha/ Honda/ RE and get to know what I mean). The bike got delivered within a week of booking. I was so impressed with the way they handled the procedures. I’ve completed 1st bike service too from here. That was also really good, I got the bike back within 4-5 hours. The showroom has spaces to rest, so you can rest during the service work going on. The only concern I have is they could have more showrooms and service facilities across Kerala. Hope they will expand in future. Anyways keep up the good work.

Great atmosphere... Great staff. If its triumph it should be from Syamadynamic Kochi... Setting GOLD standards in how a dealership should be run. Warm, friendly and welcoming staff with good knowledge about the bikes. Keep rocking.

I am sharing my worst experience with the Triumph's test ride camp in Trivandrum on December 13. The camp was scheduled at 10 AM and they came only after 12:30 PM. The staff doesn't have any concern regarding the time and even after coming late, their approach to me was very poor, which I didn't expect from Triumph. The customer loyalty is very poor and worst. The staff should be trained well to deal with customers and the dealer must ensure it, as we, the customers are king in the view of business. It is a black mark to my expectation regarding Triumph.

Went to triumph to test ride the tiger 900. The customer satisfaction they provide is pretty awesome. Really happy with the hospitality they provided. The test bikes too were in pretty good condition too.
