Beautiful place. Carry as much food as you can it will make your trip better because there is nothing like eating in a camp under sky and beside the Himalayas. It's just so much fun and it gives so much peace that I'll definitely go again for trekking.

Located at a height of 2842 m above sea level, Triund is a famous trekking. It starts from Dharamkot village, a few kilometres from Dharamsala. It's an average trek of around 5 km and then a steep climb of around a kilometre towards the end. Imp tips : Start little early around 8 so that you can spend good amount of time on top of mountain. Its takes about 3:30 hours to reach on top with slow walk.

The trek is intermediate level and views are worth the climb.

View was very good, but trek is very difficult, also carry your own water bottles as much as you can because at the top cafe's are there but food and other stuff is very expensive and ya must visit there if you reached the top , you would not regret it

Awesome view from the top. It's a 1 night 2 days trek. If you are finding an easy trek to go out in weekend from Delhi, then go for it.
