It is equiped with all necessary up-to-date machinery & good technical manpower for proper servising of Ford cars. Good customer care is also followed here in this service centre. It is also arranging montly service camps at Berhampur nowadays.

Had a great experience when I showed up for servicing my car. Great helpful staf who filled us in about the process. Most of the maintenance services are available and it was very quick and economic. We got the car in just 3hrs. Has a nice customer lounge to wait at with the view of the servicing.
Showroom situated along the highway, clearly visible form high way and not very far from the city. Very cordial and well behaved customer support team. Supported in all our enquiries.
I don't speak Hindi or Odiya but I can understand to an extent.. If Staffs could communicate in English it would be great. However the staffs were really polite got prompt response from them and they did a good job with my Car.. Surely would suggest to others...

Be ware if you are going for any paint work. I did my car paint touch up, and they spoiled my other part of vehicle. Paint work is not up to the mark. Sorrounding areas becomes faded up, rough and dull. Very much disapointed. I took vehicle to show the issue and they had no answer. They tried to do rubbing and all and there were lots of scratches again
