We’ve purchased one TVS XL 100 special Edition by Last September 14. Same day on the way to home vehicle engine getting off. Also head lamp position not correct. Immediately try to start through both self and kick start but nothing happened. We are waiting for 3 to 5 mns. After that we tried engine started. Again after 5 km one speed brake we slow down then engine getting off. Same thing again repeating wait and start. Totally disappointed. Next day went to Sri Krishna auto and they try to drive main road they said no issue and only adjusted the head lamp position. Again next day also the same issue happened. Again went to Sri Krishna autos the sales person blaming us you don’t know how to drive the vehicle. This is the worst part. Already we used TvS xl heavy duty old model moped more than 7 years. Then senior mechanic go for the trial engine getting off. Then they checked in the system no sensors showing any error. This new technology makes trouble. Finally they said they will change some electric part from other new vehicle and test then let us know.hopefully show room manager said he will take care and do the needful.Still we are awaiting for full resolution for the engine off issue. Anyway I’m going to write and escalate this issue to TVS motors. TVS motors R&D team must look on this type of complaints.

10TH YEAR ANNIVERSERY SALE to sell DEFECTIVE VEHICLES Hi Krishna TVS, I am Kulathuran. I bought TVS JUPITAR ZX from you on the 10th year anniversary of your Showroom. I was fascinated by the offer that you provided on this day which was around Rupees 3000 less than the normal prize. Now I realize that its trap played by the showroom to sell defective bikes to the customers. Coming to the issue, I bought the scooter on 14th of December 2020. It was loaded with features. We bought the bike on an auspicious day. We observed a starting issue on the third day itself. The bike after riding for half an hour and parking it somewhere for grocery or some other purchase, it will not start again. The bike does not start either with either kick start or button start. We have to wait for more than half an hour and then start the bike. So its basically, if we start the bike from home ,we are not supposed to stop the bike anywhere. If we stopped anywhere for some purchase, the bike will not start again. This is a very weird issue. We gave it to the service centre on 26th December 2020. We constantly tried to follow up with the dealer from the day when we gave it to the service centre. They don’t answer the call properly. Even if they respond they say some weird reasons. They say there is no suitable part for the vehicle. They say it’s a manufacturing defect. They say it’s a sensor issue. The part has to come from Chennai. After one month, they returned the bike saying the problem is rectified. But we still face the same issue. The bike stopped again on the day of my marriage. We gave it to the service centre again. We lost our hope on the dealer. The bike is still in the same condition. The service is very poor. DON’T BUY ANY BIKE FROM SRI KRISHNA TVS. DON’T WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY TO THESE DEALERS
