Very disappointed with there service, do not respond on time. I ordered a flat mop from their website,after giving special instructions during purchase of cross checking the product before dispatch,they sended me different product of lower value. When I asked them to change ,they said we will first pickup and then give you the product. Its their mistake,why should I suffer.Regretting my decision to buy UPC brand mop. Rajeev
