If I could give upgrad a ZERO star I would. I had gotten in touch with them for a Masters program, which was to commence in December 2020. Up until I paid my first semester fees they were regular with their follow ups. Post that the course did not commence in December as it was supposed to and no so called mentor/counselor updated me on this at all and thought it is ok to not keep me informed. I followed up and then the response I got was it will start in Feb, 2021. So I was patient enough and waited. There was a repeat of the course being moved to July, 2021 and again no one notified me until I followed up for an update. At this point I was disappointed. And asked for an alternative solution. They mentioned that I could opt out of the course and apply for full refund. I applied for the refund on 17th Feb 2021 and they mentioned it will take 30 working days. I gave them enough and more time and followed up with them on 30th March for my refund. They did not have any constructive answer. After many many follow ups and escalating the matter multiple times they said I will get my refund on 15th April latest. (15th April was yesterday) And as you must have guessed by now I followed up and was given the response that it has already been processed. If the refund has been processed no bank takes over 24 hours to credit it to any bank account. I have tried to be as detailed as possible in my review so that you may think a 100 times before signing up with them.
