He is very insensitive towards his post operative patients... Very rude with family once he gets his money... He operated my father.. And is not even ready to do a first check up after operation... Try some other doctor who has some sense of responsibility post operation. He is adament, arrogant, and rude... How can someone be so rude to senior citizens as he was with my parents...

I was admitted to ILS Hospital Dumdum with severe pain in my lower abdomen which spreaded till my right kidney. The pain made me so restless that I couldn't sleep, lie down, sit and not even stand still. I had to roam but at times my limbs also got tired. In this situation Dr Sandeep Gupta diagnosed me and suspected that I might have stone in my kidney which proved very correct after the CT scan. I was operated the next day with utmost care and comfort by Dr Sandeep Gupta along with OT team. Intially there was little pain after the operation when my senses came up but it subsided very quickly and I recovered very fast. Thanks a lot Dr. Gupta and your team for putting such a great effort in recovering me from the pain I was having.
