So bad response from staff...when i m there for new connection ,i came return without connection , also they r not given me total cost for new connection even i told many times...

They never pick up the calls and my gas cylinder valve is not proper working. Thaat delivery boy told me that he will replace it but now he is also not picking up the calls.

The staff has a very taken for granted attitude. Business should be more consumer centric in this highly competitive market.But the scenario is entirely opposite with this agency.It will remind you of the show office - office. It's high time that the management people look into this or else they will eventually lose the market share.

Poorest customer care, they really not interested in giving new connection. Sitting, gossiping, no proper guidance to customer. Because of this agency I was misguided and connection was delayed more than 2 weeks.

worst and pathetic service they dont listen to ppl ye nai chalega wo nai chalega ....bas fone per inquiry karte ho idhar ane ka ...and so many anoying word...i guess they r not guving free cylinder...horrible experience..i switched another company who really need us...i give minus 5
