I have booked 2BHK with out garden balcony apartment for 35.13 lcs Exp Totalling Around Rs. 42 lcs Aprx, considering GST 5% as asked by their sales executive, but at the time of contract they charged 12% GST, so i decided to cancel the booking and asked for the refund, at the time of refund they asked to charge 10% of booking amount as cancellation charges, for the apartment which will be ready by Oct 2021, but i was ready for the charges because i got another apartment in near by location at around 31 lcs including all instead of 42 to 43 lacs and in ready possesion. Mr. Vikas and Mr. Pramod i just wanted to draw your attention that i am not at all happy with the cancellation charges of Rs. 50,000/- that you deducted.
