Best place for my scooty servicing, members of B.B automobile very good , behavior is so good and other service men also simple and very helpful, but some problems I face here (1) In waiting room tv not working (2) in waiting room no A.c. (3) some parts of bike we did not find many time

Staffs are disgusting, they even don't know how to behave with customers. I visited to replace some parts of my vehicle but they don't have sufficient quantity of spare parts. Infact there behaviour was very rude while I was asking to fix my vehicle problem. So much disappointed by this Hero Service Center, after purchasing the vehicle they start behaving like this...!!!

Worst ever... Seriously I have never see unprofessional staff like BB automobile. Specially the lady name NEHA... As part or accessories they provide a 3rd grade helmet and when I am refuse to take.. they said Just minus 200... After arguing so much they finally I asked for accessories bill.. they even not provide that.. because they are changing too much for 3rd grade accessories. Do not visit the showroom.
