Very Bad Experience. NO service after sell. They just forget about customer. In-spite of multiple follow-up NO response. You have to visit multiple time to showroom if you need service post sell. I would suggest to look for other Good option around area.

Customer service is bad. The owner Mr. Arpit is not well versed in the logistics / trade knowledge of his business. He is totally dependent upon his workers who cleverly takes advantage of his ignorance of his business dynamics. As a result it's loss to his customers. The stitching of uphostries is done off-site. The cloth material is provided by Arpit as per his tailor's say. Each time his tailor asks for two or more meters of cloth material extra than what is actually required and Mr Arpit accordingly bills the customer. The extra material is siphoned away by the tailor. The materials used by the tailor is of poor quality as c as can be seen in the photographs. After just one wash. Please avoid dealing with Jainsons furnishings.

Had very bad experiences with them. The shop owner Arpit is a young guy who has no control over his workers. I had been there recently to buy a sofa, Rugs and curtain for my new home. The worker attending us had little knowledge of what they are selling however had a lot of attitude as if he owns the shop. The main owner Mr Arpit seems as if he is working for them. The workers when ask to show different curtains and rugs show sign that they are getting bugged and show less interest. They will ask you to just take a peek and make up your mind as its too troublesome from them to remove the curtain and rugs and show it. The owner leaves the customer unattended. My experience got worst when I asked the price of different sofa sets and mattress. The worker was too lazy to show them and made me feel as if I do not have the money to buy them. There are many other shops and places where you get good shopping experience and value for money products. Pls restrain from visiting this shop.

very bad experience. I ordered a sofa set of 14 feet . He made that to 12 feet. There was a cheating of approximately 2 feet . Also handle design was small. so we refused the delivery. when we asked for our advance back then he made that sofa set to 14 feet, after a delay of 22 days, which caused a lot of mental harrasment to us. Also he does not accept his mistakes.
