Due to lockdown IFB authorized service center closed...so I approached this service center for repair of IFB washing machine...water drain and leakage problem...they came n checked and changed two spare parts related to the problem ...and charged nearly 3k including their service charge...and the next day we found that problem is not solved and the Machine is at old state itself...then again told them and came n checked and said that drum service required...they taken the drum and came after a week and charged Rs 900 for that and said that it will work fine...by God's grace it worked for three washes and from the fourth wash its again have same problem...so all my money got wasted by trusting them and changing the parts and believing their words....as I am upset with the service never called them to fix it again.. .better approach the best service centre or authorised centres.

First of all, he is not an authorised service centre for whirlpool washing machine, but cheating in the pretext of authorised dealer. My whirlpool washing machine developed snag in the water inlet valve. First I raised complaint with whirlpool service through toll free number. Ticket created for service. In the meantime, I googled for authorised service centre for quick contact. Excellent service centre name listed . So I called him to attend my washing machine problem. He replaced water inlet solenoid valve at a abnormal price of Rs 1400 plus 550 service charges. The actual price is Rs 600 only.( Just after completion of work, the service personal from original authorised service centre called to attend service. As the work has been finished I asked him to close the ticket) The fitted value failed with in three months, against his promised six months warranty. Then he replaced it with a used (old) value and again claimed a service charge of Rs 550 . It is a q day light roberry in the name of service. Dear excellent service centre, please think a while, if you are a customer , would you able to pay double service charges for a repeated similar problem caused due to their poor quality spare. God only knows how long this value(once used) will work. You may earn now , but Karma is there.
