You can only choose to travel if you don't want below services or if you choose to adjust. 1. Pickup and drop Locations can be charged at any time, you will have to be prepared. 2. No Blanket will be provided, no use even if you complaint to higher management. 3. Wifi doesn't work. 4. You have to keep all your baggage on seat, if you have excess baggage you can stand and travel, no one is responsible for loss of baggage and they don't have luggage space which normally all busses have. 5. Charging point doesn't work properly. 6. Mostly you will have to talk to unprofessional persons if you want to talk someone regarding issues. 7. Nobody bother about your feedbacks and customer satisfaction. My suggestion is to choose RTC busses than this those are 200 times far better.

The boarding stop is very unhygenic. There were safety issues. So, you better come on time because there was no waiting area. The location was very difficult to find. It is in a corner just before the petrol pump, in case you have no clue since the place was very lightly lit and crowded. Too much jams. Matoria Travels is booked from this place nowadays.
