Extremely poor customer service after sales. Bought vatech rvg sensor in 2016 now when it has stopped working and it should be replaced immediately as it is within warranty no one from company is ready to travel within delhi ncr for its replacement. They want it to be couriered to their address and then they will get new sensor in matter of days. In this duration of around one week How can we provide services to our patients? Villa India has nothing to do with this as it’s your problem now and they have got their money. Who cares now is their attitude. I wonder if i had bought a dental chair from them they would have asked me to courier the chair to their address. Guys when they can not provide services within delhi ncr just think how will they help you if you are distant customer. Please save yourself and don’t give any orders to villa india. Half oc the five stars revies here are fake from their own employees like apoorva and rahul tyagi himself. They just deserve one star or less than because of post sales services.

Had bought Traus implant motor from villa India. After hardly putting 3 or 4 implants during one of the procedure all of sudden the handpiece stopped working. Inspite of handpiece being under warranty the blame was put on me for poor care ( imagine just after 4 implants) and I was charges 15K for repair of the same. I would request people dealing with Villa India to kindly be careful especially dealing with expensive instruments as they are the people favouring the company rather than their customers.
