I applied for a visa few months ago July 18 when they contacted me they said embassy isn't open due to lockdown and I should wait and I did wait for some time but when I realize there is no telling when embassy will be open I asked for the refund in which they asked me to wait again today is 28 December I haven't got my refund when I try to contact them no one pick my calls why did you accept the money when embassy isn't working it isn't good and their Barakhamba adress is a fraud I visited there they have moved out from there so besically you people have become like a ghost I don't know I just want my refund. Update.03-02-2021 I have filed a police complain against Visa HQ all of you people are being investigated now if you want me to take back my complain then refund me otherwise face the consequences.

, I applied for a visa two months back and they said it can’t be processed and it will take atleast 15 days to get your visa . I asked them for a refund for which they said I should get it in 7 to 10 working days and now it’s been 2 months and I have still no response from their side .

i was give documents and payment for dubai tourist visa but he was not applied.. today is 12 days had been gone but he does not give my refundable money.. very bad
