Please whoever goes there for a covid test, my advice is to carry a plastic sheet with you to sit on, if u want to save your clothes from acid treatment. I was there on 23-01-21 for a covid test, just before my turn they sanitized the area, Since they had just sanitized so I waited for 5min, later i was aksed to take seat to collect the sample. At that time I didnt realize that my clothes were getting bleaching treatment with the sanitizing chemical. When i came back home from the hospital my parents pointed out that there are stains on my clothes and to my utter disgust these were permanent. On examining i realized that it was the chemical that was sprayed there. Later I had complained to the superintend regarding this and she told they were aware of that as there were other complaints too. The explaination she gave they have to use high power chemical to keep the area 100% virus free. Ok thats a good thing to keep it virus free but atleast they should inform the person not to sit if there is some liquid on the seats or once chemical is prayed no persons should sit there unitil it is dry. Hope that no one else face this kind of issues thats why I am posting this.

Security staffs and hospital attenders are very arrogant, their attitude towards bystanders is very bad. Hospital is very badly furnished ,no annual maintenance for building is done. There is higher chance for nosocomial infection due to lack of cleanliness and poor housekeeping. They charge huge amount as bill, but the quality of service provided by the hospital is pathetic. The staffs at reception and billing section are very bad at their works, they need to be replaced as soon as possible. Security staffs at the main gate is always sitting, they doesn't provide any assistance. Nurses and Doctors are good;but due to poor administration and management patients and patient parties are suffering.

Worst place to get the PCR test done. Was 7th on the list, waited for 2 hours while the nurses were busy on their cell phones. The area wasn't sanitized nor cleaned. Normally it takes just 2 mins for each patient to get the PCR test done.

Worst place to get a covid PCR test done: - No token system - Security had no proper training to guide where people should go - Waiting time was at least 2 hours for the test - Only one nurse was collecting swab, so the process took at least 10 minutes per person - Disinfection protocol between patients was very poor - On my final Covid report, the passport number was a totally random number which added so much mental stress on the day of my travel

The worst service with no mortuary . The billing section has only one swiping machine which doesn't even work . They act as if they are very strict with the covid protocols and they have opened a covid testing center just for a namesake .

The doctor Dr Farish Shamsudeen and his team is really friendly, admit my son yesterday for a small operation, they put my son in room number 306 , the room cleaners is really bad no housekeeping, the bathroom is very unclear can’t even touch the washbasin or use the bathroom, room is very small , very old and unclean . The staff are really great but what to say very bad experience the cote is very small , I was afraid my son will get infection in hospital and very old , the room was also very small ... the hospital is really expensive as well for that money we are not getting the services need for us ... with this money we can go to a 5star hospital and treat .. I request the management to look in to this issue very seriously because we are staying near by and using this hospital.. but if thinks dot change we have to look of other options.. but Iam happy with the staff and doctors .. but need to change a lot .. hope they will do the changes required...
