Communication is good and the guy had helped me over phone to reserve a bike. Bikes are in good condition. Overall good experience.

Gave us broken scooty. We had to get it fixed ourselves and then they refused to pay for it as well. Looked more like they give broken scooters to tourists to make them get it fixed for them for free. Unprofessional behaviour. Don't rent from this place. Wasted a lot of time in getting scooty fixed. Look below. Also though they say we will come and help if scooty gives problem, they ask for minimum 500 as travel expenses to reach you even in such small place like Pondicherry. Money making cunning brothers they are.

all the vehicles are very old ,there will definitely be a puncture or repair that will happen on your trip which would waste your time and also you'll have to pay extra money to the owner ,so I suggest you not to use their dumb services .they aren't worthy of that 1 star too.

My opinion is not to book online. Instead of booking online you can directly book there itself since there are many options. Sometimes they give different bike if your pre booked bike is not available.

I personally experienced here. Their prices were low, comparing to other rentals. But, their bikes condition was not up to the mark. Consisting less mileage (If they say 40kph, then it will be not more than 28kph). And mostly, they were not providing a bike what you want(even they have). Don't be convinced to go with other bike (they were making a FRAUD there). While returning the bikes you will get to know about (origin) their RUDE behaviour & harsh arguments, they were really #fooling_the_people & #Unnecessarily_looting* money by showing some worst kind of reasons. They have demanded extra 800rs including advance payment. My suggestion is better to don't waste your time and money on them. Go to other rental shops even if they ask you to pay more initial price than this. That is safe.

This place rents out bikes and scooty on day basis. Bargaining is a must. They have nice and new bikes and scooters available. Rates vary. It is self pick up and drop off service.

We should have read the reviews before going . They don't return the deposits. Cheated us that's for sure. For 10 - 2 minutes they'll charge 100 more . Better be prepared to quarrel if you are renting from here. Bad behaviour and careful about the deposit you give . They won't return and give stupid reasons like you exceeded 10 mints 2 mints like that. On purpose they'll say in local language so that you won't get it and won't argue. Very bad renting shop. Bike was ok. Served its purpose but they overcharged. Didn't return our deposit.
