I have been buying confectionery products from wabi sabi for years now and always used their services for cakes on special occasions. Last week on my daughter's birthday I ordered a special cake but this time it really disappointed me. The design and colors used were not same as shown to be while booking. After having cake kids lips were blue in color though the cake had very less quantity of blue. When I called wabi sabi and made a complaint they simply excused by saying our chef has changed. On top of that their prices are high as compared to market. I'm giving one extra star only for their timely delivery.
