Moving body is the place if you want to be fit in your life. Wanitha ma'am is the best trainer. Workouts are never mundane here. The music and choreography are always in sync. If you want to train your body right way and follow right food habits and lifestyle.. Here is the place. Ma'am herself is such an inspiration for all the people who go there to train their body.

Amazing classes with lots of energy. Wanitha Ashok's passion towards making fit and her motive towards GetFitIndia. Her choreography along with her skills is the specialty. Its a complete mind body workout which keeps my entire day active and always refreshing. I have never got bored of any classes. Cheers!!

I have been to quite a few gyms , yoga centers & other fitness places but it gets so monotonous after couple of days that going back there becomes a challenge .I m quite new to Wanitha mams class but for a change i just love going to class here, Mam remembers each one & if we have health issues reminds us in between class to do certain steps suited to our body types , love chatting with her at end of class & await few tips from her. As a beginner it is tough to match the class but she keeps encouraging us to continue . All the others in the class too are very motivating & give us the postive energy to take on this new journey & challenge . I wish Wanitha mam & our 7 am batch all the very best guys lets stand tall take the health challenge thrown at us Move it.
