It's been 8 days since my parcel left my hometown and it is yet to reach destination Hyderabad. Actual time should be 2 days or at max 3 days. In these corona times we do understand it may get delayed a few times. I am absolutely fine with it. This poor rating is for the worst customer service. When i called the customer care , they in turn give you another contact and tell to check with them. And it goes on and on ! On top of that, the customer care executive based of Hyderabad was VERY ARROGANT in responding to our query!!!

Worst courier service and highly rude careless unproffessional and rotten of all the courier services I have ever used. They say fasttrack delivery and they take 10days tym to deliver if we question them they speak very ill mannered way never ever opt this service ,worst interms of customer care service aswell.
