Small place but not crowded. Staff is humble and helping. Fast service and satisfactory response. Your government departments' red tape perception will change here as these people work quite professionally as a private organisation. It took just 10 minutes to complete my work. I would love to visit here again.

The lack of staff really shows. There's an overwhelmed person on the entry door who is telling people which counter they have to, but thanks to the impatient people, there's always a rush. The place is piled with files and people don't really maintain social distancing. There were long lines on most of the counters and they had to be told to maintain social distancing. Still, they were reluctant to do so. However, the employees there are helpful and will get your work done as soon as they can. The systems are, well, slow which takes up most of the waiting time. 6/10 would advise to take all the necessary documents beforehand in order to avoid chaos.

Uncooperative staff and delays all the work. Although they say everything is online and digital, you still have to get alot of paper formalities done. And no social distancing maintained
