Very good service and food. I had bad experience with food in Ooty, this time West nature did a great job. Service is also great, the staffs were very friendly. I stayed in wood house, safe, clean and excellent place.
In the image they showing is not a hotel room they given all fake image, please avoid these type of cheater and also they not return your amount if you pay in advance They cheat 1,000 rupees from me

very worst i paid advance for Room advance Rs.5000 but at the last moment my trip was cancelled, regarding corona i am following for more than 7 month for repaying my amounts ,every time i call they say today will repay the amount ,and they say lame excuses,still now i didnt get back my amount don't pay advance to them if u r trip gets cancelled for any reason u may not get money from them no 1 frauds in Ooty
