Hassel free operations.Awesome Customer care service. They are an aggregator for bikes and still manage all customer issues like refunds of deposit and other queries. Good value for money.....

First of all the customer care people have to be taught about the terms and conditions of the site. It was totally disappointing. Very bad experience. They say one thing before giving the bikes and another after returning...!!!!

Prashanth from wheelstreet has done a wonderful job. I prefer his location to go and pick up the bike The other locations mostly it takes time because the bikes won't be ready. But Prashanth is so dedicated to work that he always puts the bike ready in condition. I don't face any problem when Prashanth handover me bike. if I pick the bike from other location where Prashanth is not there then I really had to take a risk since these they are not providing me bike ready in condition. I had to spend more time

Nvr evr rent a bike frm wheelstreet, they don't provide any service if u got any problem with their bike in ur middle of the journey even they don't receive Ur call also if u wanted to ask any help after knowing Ur prblm...they just call u Wen Ur tym is about to end only ..dats it...even they don't care about what u HV spent money on that bike while u got the prblm in the journey...they just want their money dats it. .dey don't care about anything of the customer... because. today I rented a bike, in middle it got stopped automatically in the middle road and was lucky dat escaped from an accident as the coming car was slow..the reason behind this prblm is they provided me the rebuilted key made by a local key maker , which is not the actual key...I started making cl fr help, and they were like playing with me, he says u call them , they says u call him...after dat no picked my phone, n was like stucked in the middle of the road where it was the over bridge , there was no machanics near by...they didn't solved anything hlp even they didn't cut the money wch I spent on that bike repair at that tym...such a worst service gg

Worst bike rental service i ever had in my life. They cancelled my booking when i reached goa saying that bike is not available what's that mean.
