The rental process is simple and easy. The rental cost also very cheap and thanks for starting this rental service really helpful for travelers .good things is they provide you helmet for safety. But the bikes they provide are not maintained properly. The bike I got does have problem with handle bar unit which makes me driving unpleasant.

it was a pathetic experience with the bike. we rented an avenger bike from electronic city. the bike failed in between due to bad battery maintenance. for one hour i have to drag it to reach to one repairing shop and then get it fixed. When i returned the bike and asked for the refund, that fool had asked for a receipt. did you ever got a receipt from a small repair shop. it was my very first and last ride with wicked ride. your team even don't pick the call when needed...... never use it

They provide good quality bikes but little bit costly and they changed late return policy to 3 times of rental charges (if rent is 2k 6k late fine) this is too bad and you can't extend ride for hours in weekends.

Get the bike with in 15 min. Bike collection is good but maintenance is not up to mark. I got the bike with full of mud around both the tyre mudguard, engine and little bit on seat also. It should be properly clean. This time I am also not get sufficient petrol in bike.

Tried Metro Bikes for the first time as I was getting a discount and also it was in my vicinity. Read the reviews and went there with a positive attitude only to be disappointed. The person who is lending the bikes seems to be disliking his job. The way he talks and gives you instructions will seem like you are definitely going to meet with an accident and end up paying him extra. Coming to the bike, it was in moderately okayish condition, but has dust settled on it like it was parked there for a few months now. Would recommend them only if you get a discount and don't have any other options. Or you can skip simply.

Its a very worst renting agency. I had a booking of 12 hours and I was own time to return back the bike, in-between tyre got punctured and I couldn't reach back on time. But I had informed them the reason by message and call as well. Then also they charged me 1000Rs extra as fine. It was only due to their unfit bike. Am so unsatisfied with their service.
