Somehow a white barn owl got stuck near the stairs of my apartment. I called the forest department for rescue , team of three members came after 4-5 hours and took the baby owl. I asked them what is the course of action they are gonna take, they said they will treat the baby bird first. Once it's good and healthy they will release it. I hope the baby bird survives and stays healthy. Thanks again.

I got a INDIAN ROOF TURTLE at salt Lake near Mahishbhatan sector 'v'.. near the lake .. In bad condition , actually its limbs were rotten .. and smelling bad .. I felt very bad for it.. So ,I got number for Google of Wild animals Rescue ...and then I handed over to them..

Worst people!! They expect you to provide all the resources and when you ask for help they cut the phone. Because of them an eagle died. Shame on them!

They only rescue Wild Animals. ONLY WILD ANIMALS. They donot response to people who tries to rescue animals. They rescue wildlife but VERY BAD RESPONSE!

Worst service..I have call them they took my number after that no response..I have call them back but they said they are coming in 30mins..Till date they are still coming from dumdum to jadavpur..

I found an injured eagle in my building taking shelter I called the authority on sunday thinking that they might be close but i was wrong they picked up my call and responded me very quickly. They come to my place within 2-3 hours and rescued that eagle swiftly. Very glad with their efforts.
